Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Some university

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000

Area of Specialization: Training and development

Work Setting: Construction, Manufacturing

Specific Skills: Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Establish and implement policies and procedures, Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, Manage contracts, Manage training and development strategies, Oversee development of communication strategies, Oversee the preparation of reports, Advise senior management, Respond to employee questions and complaints
