KNM Grinaker-LTA Pty Ltd is a joint venture company formed between KNM and Grinaker-LTA to focus in the manufacturing of process equipment for various industries citing the tremendous opportunities and growth in the African continent.

Grinaker-LTA is a multi-disciplinary construction and engineering group anchored in South Africa. As an operating group of Aveng whose listed on the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa, Grinaker –LTA focused on selected infrastructure, energy and mining opportunities in Africa.

The joint venture company operates a facility in Saldanha Bay, South Africa's deepest and largest natural port as well as a major site for industrial development. The facility occupies a land area of 22 hectares and is equipped with fabrication bays and overhead cranes for major fabrication works. Given its strategic location, it has its own load out quay, excellent accessibility to deep water port, railway siding and major highways.

The fabrication facility in Saldanha Bay is strategically well suited to support and service the African oil, gas, petrochemicals, minerals processing, renewable energy, etc.
