RESIGNATION AS DIRECTORS

The following persons have resigned as Directors of the Company, with effect from 21 September 2026:

 (i)        James Beltran (Non-Executive Vice/Deputy Chairman);

 (ii)      Yee Hong Ho (Senior Independent Non-Executive Director); and

 (iii)     Dato’ Sri Naresh Mohan (Non-Independent Non-Executive Director).

The Board records its appreciation to the abovementioned persons for their contributions to the Company during their tenure and wishes them well in their future endeavours.

 

CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE

The registered office of the Company has been changed from 15, Jalan Dagang SB 4/1, Taman Sungai Besi Indah, Seri Kembangan, Selangor Darul Ehsan to Suite 11.05, 11th Floor, No. 566, Jalan Ipoh, 51200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, with effect from 21 September 2026.

The registers, books, records and documents of the Company which are permitted under Section 47(2) of the Companies Act 2016 to be kept at a place other than the registered office will continue to be kept and maintained at 15, Jalan Dagang SB 4/1, Taman Sungai Besi Indah, Seri Kembangan, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
