Our Sustainability Approach

KNM’s sustainability strategy is materiality-driven and governance-led. We focus on economic, environmental, and social matters that are most relevant to our business operations and stakeholders.

Sustainability oversight begins at the Board of Directors, supported by the KNM Group Sustainability Committee, which oversees implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement across our global operations.

KNM actively engages with key stakeholders—including partners, suppliers, and customers—through structured methods such as briefings, surveys, site visits, and audits to gather insights on Economic, Environmental, and Social (EES) matters. This approach ensures transparent communication, addresses material issues like anti-corruption, supply chain management, data privacy, and waste management, and supports compliance with regulatory standards. Through these ongoing engagements, KNM reinforces its commitment to sustainability and long-term stakeholder value.
